1. Digital Itineraries & Guides
All sales of downloadable itineraries, gear guides, and educational materials are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, these materials are delivered immediately upon purchase.

2. RV Rentals (2017 Thor Quantum)
Our RV rentals are managed through our partner booking platforms. All booking fees, security deposits, and cancellation policies are governed strictly by the terms of the specific platform used for your reservation. 
* Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation window and refund eligibility. 
* Vingelife adheres to the automated refund schedules provided by these platforms.

3. Curated Gear & Affiliate Links
We recommend gear that we personally use and trust. These items are purchased through third-party retailers such as Amazon. 
* Vingelife does not manage shipping, returns, or refunds for physical gear. 
* All returns and refund requests must be processed directly through the retailer where the purchase was made.
